Right of withdrawal
Depending on your location, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or withdrawal request, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, and products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

These requirements help us maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards, particularly for skin and body care products. In some jurisdictions, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may no longer be eligible for withdrawal once unsealed.

Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within the time required by applicable law, or within 14 days where that standard applies. Eligible refunds may include the original standard delivery charge, while return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued only after returned items have been received, inspected, and approved, unless local consumer law requires otherwise. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue.

Non-refundable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened or unsealed:

Skin and body care products that have been opened or used

Hygiene-sensitive items with a broken seal

Personalized or custom-made items

We cannot accept returns for products that cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations, unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Order cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled except where cancellation or withdrawal rights apply under the consumer laws of your country or region.

Unclaimed or refused deliveries
To maintain fair pricing and reduce unnecessary waste, a €15 handling fee may be applied to orders that are refused upon delivery, not collected from a pickup point, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, if permitted under applicable law. This fee helps cover shipping, return handling, and restocking costs.
