Puravielle Return & Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal
Depending on your location, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or withdrawal:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging

Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale

These requirements help maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards, especially for skin and body care products.

For customers in Canada, withdrawal rights apply only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note:

Standard shipping fees are included in eligible refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Refunds are issued only after returned items have been received, inspected, and approved

Non-refundable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used skin and body care products

Hygiene-sensitive items once the seal has been broken

Personalized or custom-made items

Items that cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

Order cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Unclaimed or refused deliveries
To maintain fair pricing and reduce unnecessary waste, a €15 handling fee will apply to orders that are:

Refused upon delivery

Not collected from a pickup point

Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

This fee covers shipping, return handling, and restocking costs.
